As our company grows, we’re on the lookout for a new house for our staff in Whistler! We employee professional housekeepers, maintenance people, and childcare experts (to look after our little girl!). As property managers, we understand how important your house/apartment/condo is to you. We own houses ourselves, as well being responsible and reliable tenants for many years. We’ve lived in Whistler since 2007 and have lots of local landlord references.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• We are open to any 1, 2,3,4, or 5 bedroom houses, apartments or condos, in Whistler and the surrounding area.

• On a bus route would be a great bonus!

• The property would be to house the professional staff for our property management business.

Here’s what you can expect as our landlords:

• Payment on time, every time.

• We inspect our staff accommodation personally every month, so small issues that can build up over time will not go unnoticed.

• Small maintenance issues handled without any input from you.

• Larger maintenance issues usually handled by us too - unless we need more input from a professional. We have a general contractor, an engineer, and a plumber on staff so we can handle most things!

• Keltie, Dan and Anna have over 28 years of property management experience between them, so there’s not much we haven’t seen in terms of looking after your property.

• You can guarantee that at least one of us is in town 24/7, 365 days a year. So you don’t have to be.

• The knowledge that you’re contributing to our Whistler community - we want to continue to employ local people and build our business!
