Audain Art Museum
The Audain Art Museum is Whistler's newest cultural hot spot. Located by the Village, this iconic building houses a permanent collection of artworks from British Columbia, and hosts exhibitions from leading museums around the world.
Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre
The first ever centre dedicated to the history and culture of local First Nations, The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre in Whistler is where mountains, rivers and people meet. Built to preserve their culture and share it with others, the building is designed to evoke the longhouses of the Squamish people and the Istken (traditional earthen pit house) of the Lil’wat people with a modern architectural interpretation.
Forged Axe Throwing
Forged is Whistler’s only indoor axe throwing venue. The concept of Forged was dreamed up years ago in the backcountry of British Columbia, on the banks of the Chilko River. It was during a week long rafting trip that it became obvious to us that axe throwing could become much more than something that simply passes the time in the woods. Axe throwing gets the blood running, the senses honed, and became to sole focus of our attention for days on end. Its addictive in all the right ways.
