Our day camp operates out of Whistler Skatepark. Campers receive personalized instruction and work side-by-side with our qualified coaches on their skateboarding skills!
Whistlers Skateboard and Scooter Camp lesson plans are designed for boys and girls aged 6-15, from beginner to intermediate skill levels. Evolve ensures kids are being challenged, engaged and can make the most of their time with us; regardless of their initial skill level. We know campers can’t spend the whole day skateboarding and scootering. That’s why we mix it up with other fun activities to ensure the ultimate Evolve experience.

We provide some rental bikes at our properties, but if you require additional bikes for more people, childrens bikes, or bike park/trail bikes, then Black Diamond Rentals is the place for you.

Family Adventure Zone
The Adventure Zone at the base of Blackcomb Mountain is packed with fun for kids big and small with mini-golf, climbing walls and a mini-luge just to start. Enjoy a few activities, stop for lunch on a sunny patio, then try a few more. Prepare for some exhausted kids at the end of the day!
Playgrounds
Kids can get active, parents can enjoy a quiet coffee and a chat on the sideline. There are playgrounds scattered throughout Whistler including:

A beautiful playground by the Whistler Creekside shops
Playgrounds at Whistler's parks
Indoor play areas at Myrtle Phillip School are available on a seasonal basis - contact the Whistler Visitor Centre for details
Mini Golf
The Riverside Greens Putting Course is open from mid-May to mid-October, this professionally-designed 18-hole putting course is fun for the whole family while being challenging enough for the avid golfer. Putter rentals for adults and children are available at the pro shop. Located at the Riverside RV Resort and Campground, 3 km north of Whistler Village.
Family Après at Whistler Olympic Plaza
Surrounded by snow and sparkling lights, Family Après is all about experiencing winter outdoor fun with your kids, the Canadian way. Visit Whistler Olympic Plaza select evenings through winter for Family Après for free kid-friendly activities and entertainment brought to you by the Resort Municipality of Whistler and the Province of BC. Every Mondays & Wednesdays from December through to March and it is located at the Whistler Olympic Plaza Stroll.
Ice Skating
The outdoor skating rink is located in the village at Olympic Plaza and is open from mid-December until the end of April. The setting is beautiful, especially in the evening, but during the day it’s quieter!
Open seven days a week*: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Closed for maintenance daily: 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Skating is also available as a drop in activity at Meadow Park sports centre.
Fire and Ice
The Fire and Ice Show is great entertainment for all ages, showcasing some of Whistler’s best skiers and riders jumping through rings of fire! There are fireworks and fire spinners too. Every Sunday during peak winter months, 7.30pm in Skier’s Plaza.
The Coca-Cola Tube Park
Feel the wind in your face as you cruise down our exhilarating tubing hill. Located in the Base 2 Zone on Blackcomb Mountain, the Coca-Cola Tube Park offers great fun for the young and the young at heart.
There's no skill or equipment required - just a sense of adventure and a desire for excitement. It's the perfect family activity over the holidays.
