Eating and Drinking
Whistler is a fantastic place to indulge your culinary senses. A multitude of options awaits for every meal of the day, or if you’d prefer to dine in, you can arrange to have your own private chef cook for you! Tourism Whistler has a full run down of all the restaurants in town, but here are some of our favorites places to eat and relax with a drink.
Dusty’s Bar & BBQ
Step inside Whistler’s original watering hole and go back in time to a place dripping with legend, lore and finger lickin’ BBQ sauce. Located at the base of the Creekside Gondola, Dusty’s offers mouthwatering BBQ, arguably the world’s best Caesar, a legendary après, party rockin’ live shows and is open everyday 11am ’til late.

Merlin’s Bar & Grill
Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in Whistler’s Upper Village, where the Wizard Chair rises up and the Size Matters Wonder Routes touches down, Merlin’s home-away-from-home vibe is just one small part of the reason that après sessions here can be so off-the-hook. Decor inspired by the laidback mountain cabin, Merlin’s has cultivated the spirited vibe of an old-school rec room party free of fundepriving chaperones. The spiritual home of local rockers, The Hairfarmers, Merlin’s offers good times, mountain-high nachos and flowing brews, on tap. Open daily for lunch, dinner and bevys from 11am ‘til late.
